These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of cashloanmatch.com (the “Site”). “CashLoanMatch,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We Are Not a Lender
CashLoanMatch operates a lead‑generation and marketing service that transmits consumer inquiries to independent third parties (the “Partners”). We do not make loans, extend credit, or make credit decisions. Any loan terms, approval decisions, or funding timelines are solely determined by Partners and may vary by state law and your creditworthiness.
Loan Connection Service
To use the Site, you may submit information such as name, address, phone, email, date of birth, Social Security number, banking, employment and income data, and pay schedule. By submitting information, you authorize us to transmit your information to Partners for evaluation, matching, and marketing consistent with our Privacy Policy. Partners may verify identity, obtain consumer reports, and validate or supplement information you provide. Approval is not guaranteed.
No Agency; Your Contracts with Partners
We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Partner. Your interactions with Partners—including application, underwriting, disclosures, e‑consent, rates and fees, servicing, and dispute resolution—are governed by the Partner’s terms and policies. Review all terms presented by any Partner before agreeing.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts. Availability varies by state and Partner.
E‑Consent
By using the Site, you consent to receive records, disclosures, and communications electronically from us and, where applicable, from Partners. You may request paper copies or withdraw e‑consent from a Partner pursuant to that Partner’s procedures.
Communications & TCPA Consent
By submitting your information, you agree that CashLoanMatch and our Partners may contact you by email, telephone, or text/SMS at the number(s) you provide, including by use of an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded messages, for marketing and non‑marketing purposes related to your inquiry. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out of our marketing messages at any time as described in the messages. Partner communications are governed by their disclosures and terms.
User Responsibilities
You represent that information you submit is accurate and complete and you will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property; Limited License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non‑commercial use. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASHLOANMATCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Any dispute between you and CashLoanMatch arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU AND CASHLOANMATCH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. This provision survives termination.
Changes; Governing Law; Contact
